My Plan

Gareth is the strong voice we need to protect the greenbelt in Chesham and Amersham. As a Board Member of the Chilterns Conservation Board, Gareth is determined to protect and improve our natural heritage.

When local residents approached Gareth with concerns over increased burglaries, he immediately organised a packed public meeting with the Police Area Commander, resulting in increased police patrols.

Gareth is leading the local response to cost of living pressures, working through the Council and with local charities and voluntary groups.

After a successful career as Managing Director of an international bank, Gareth is turning his experience and skills to improving our local economy.

Gareth knows that our roads need investment to bring them up to scratch and is working hard to get our fair share:

Endorsing Bucks Council's £100 million investment in roads over the next 4 years
Securing £5 million for this year alone to fix broken roads

Gareth is leading Buckinghamshire Council's nature recovery and carbon reduction efforts as Cabinet Member for Environment and Climate Change.
